How to read these offers
"Up to" means every tier. Many of the largest offers are paid in stages: some points on the first purchase, more after a spending target in the first few months, and sometimes a final bonus near the end of the first year. If you won't spend that much naturally, the real value to you is smaller.
Points values are estimates. Where an offer is paid in points, the advertised dollar value depends on how you redeem. Our points value guide explains typical values for Aeroplan, Avion, Scene+ and other programs.
Fees come back in year two. A first-year fee waiver is part of several offers. Note the regular annual fee and decide in advance whether you'll keep, downgrade or cancel the card. Our product switch vs cancel guide covers the options.
Eligibility rules apply. Many issuers exclude people who held the same card, or any card in the same family, in the last 12 months or more. Read our welcome bonus eligibility guide before applying for several cards.
